With the release of the Arthur St Studios channel, Derby is seeing a range of visuals coming from not only new artists but also them that have been silent since SwaggaCamp ended. From the likes of New Loyalty to the YNC camp Derby has definitely found it’s sound with Daniel James and Akmi dropping professional standard videos alongside these tracks the platform is definitely being built.

Derby Music Scene Pull Together to Create a Platform Of Their Own.

Arthur Street Studios have created a youtube channel in which Derby artists and directors can upload their work to. The idea of the channel is to create one mass audience rather than the different Derby media channels having small independent audiences.

Artists, DJ’s and visual creators throughout the city have offered their support towards the channel, hoping to create a new home for Derby music.

It’s time to build Derby’s music scene back up and make noise as a unit.

The channel has began with it’s first upload of a track taken from Derby artist Staxxy’s ‘Cassette tape side b’ project entitled ‘Natural High.
